Returns
We understand that sometimes things aren’t what you
expected or shipped items get damaged in transit. Before you ship an item back to us, we request that you let us know about the problem is so that we can help.
Please note. Due to hygiene concerns we are unable to accept returns
on cloth or woven laundry bags and baskets.
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you
received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in
the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you
that we have received your returned item. We will
immediately notify you via email on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (to your
PayPal account or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days,
depending on the policies of the company utilized for the method of payment.
Shipping
To make it easy to shop and compare prices and not have to
worry about unknown shipping costs for our customers, we utilize a “free shipping” policy.
This means the following:
We incorporate the cost of shipping into our simple online pricing.
Free shipping means we have made an allowance for the cost
of shipping to the customer in the published price. These
shipping costs are nonrefundable. Therefore if a return is
made for any reason other than shipping damage, an amount
equal to the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Additionally, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
In the event that an item is deemed by the carrier to be undeliverable —-
due to any reason; including but not limited to: customer
provided address is unable to be accessed or conditions are

such that make delivery unsafe, you provide us with an
incorrect or incomplete address and/or shipping cannot be
completed to your provided address due to missing instructions for delivery drivers.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping as described above
will be deducted from your refund.
